Michael F. Beaudoin, University of New England

Professor Michael F. Beaudoin Education Department University of New England 11 Hills Beach Road Biddeford, Maine 04005 USA Michael F. Beaudoin, Ed.D., is Professor of Education at the University of New England, (USA), where he was previously founding dean of a new college. He has held senior administrative positions and faculty appointments at institutions in the US and abroad, and has provided leadership in designing and directing numerous innovative academic offerings, including distance education degree programs. He has been a visiting scholar at institutions in Germany, China, Mexico, and Japan, and a Fulbright Fellow in Ghana. With 100 publications and presentations, including two books, he has written extensively in the field of distance education and related areas, presents frequently at conferences, and serves as an evaluator and consultant for distance education programs and courses. He lives in Portland and Cliff Island, Maine, is a competitive masters athlete, and has traveled in over fifty counties. He can be reached at mbeaudoin@une.edu
