this is last e-mail related to We-Share evaluation. Now you are required to search ICT tools using U-Seek and We-Share. Please, complete it before 28th of February; it will take 60 minutes more or less.

Firefox, Chrome and Opera are the recommended browsers to do this task (it may not work properly using Internet Explorer). The recommended screen resolution is 800x1280.

Please, do the following tasks. The order is very important, so please do them sequentially.

2.- Information need #1. You should discover tools and select one for the following information need: "I am responsible of a master course that has 20 students. I would like to have a face-to-face meeting with all my students, but some of them cannot be physically in the classroom because of their jobs. For this reason, I would like a tool that facilitates meetings between people that are physically in the same place and other people who are not. Since the meeting should be fluent, the communication cannot be based on textual messages."

3.- Information need #2. You should discover tools and select one for the following information need: "I am a teacher of a course of engineering. I usually propose some exercises to my students, but it is sometimes difficult to now how much they are actually learning and which are the contents that are not clear yet. For this reason, I'd like a tool to make questionnaires to my students, as well as to ask their opinions. The information collected will be useful for me to modify my lectures or the exercises I propose."

5.- Information need #3. You should discover tools and select one for the following information need: "In a face-to-face laboratory I want my students to create a concept map with the most important concepts of the subject. I'd like a tool for them to do this task."

6.- Information need #4. You should discover tools and select one for the following information need: "Although my students usually write technical documents using formulas, almost none of them use Latex. I'd like to recommend them to use Latex and, as most of them are Windows users, I would like to recommend a Latex editor that works on Windows."
